St. Louis weather has been all over the place lately. As I’m writing this, it’s freezing again, y’all. During the surprise warm stint, when temperatures got as high as the upper 60s, I relied on wardrobe staples to get dressed everyday. One of my uniforms has been slacks and sharp button-front shirts like my trusty chambray shirt from Old Navy. Can’t go wrong with the basics, right?
Pants—Nine West | option
Bag—Linea Pelle (on sale)
Bangle—℅ Kendra Scott
My Old Navy chambray shirt is about 4 years old and still in perfect condition. And, I’ve worn and washed it often. Just so you know, Old Navy just brought this same style back. If you need one, I highly recommend it.
Sizing? I’m wearing the shirt in a size small.
I’m wearing the shirt with black crop slacks that I found in Marshalls (or was it TJ Maxx?). I tried on a fab-fitting pair of skinny crop pants, though, in the Who What Wear collection at Target. Have you shopped the line? It’s filled with beautiful modern classics, and the quality seems superb for the low price point.
My big baby, Nevis, is a master photo-bomber. He looks like he’s been cozy on my lap all day, right? Nope. He jumped on my lap and got comfortable as I was shooting this frame. Ha.
