Last Friday, I attended the nomination party for the inaugural Saint Louis Fashion Blog Awards. The actual awards event will take place during the kickoff party for Saint Louis Fashion Week.
It was a tad chilly in St. Louis on the night of the nomination party, so I decided to wear a fall look by pairing a blue and black colorblock blouse with a faux leather trim pencil skirt. Grey suede boots and a stripe clutch completed the outfit.
By the way, I found the Joie blouse I’m wearing in Nordstrom Rack recently for $25.20, a huge markdown from its $168 retail price. The clearance racks at Nordstrom Rack stores are a bit cluttered, but there are some gems to be found if you have a moment to sift through them.

Love this look! I was eyeing that skirt at Target but never got around to trying it on. I may have to do that…

Thanks, Cassie! Definitely try it on. It seems to run small. I had to try three different sizes before finding the right one.
I just want you to know that your style is crazy! I love it! This look is hot. I thought it was a dress initially! So glad I found your blog! Your newest follower!
