Sunny Sunday. Just as I was slipping into a fashion rut because of the unending wintry days, the sun stopped by with 78 degree temperature! Did I say it was 78 degrees yesterday?
To celebrate the warm and cheery day, I stepped out in ‘neon brights’. My two-year old kelly green dress with the vintage sweetheart neckline got new life when paired with a yellow three-quarter length sleeve cardigan. A multiple strand, bead necklace with bold stone, and a pair of two-tone (mocha/black) pumps with dainty gold buckle added sophisticated final touches.

Great!
You paired it all so well.
I’m glad you got a sunny warm day.
We had also a sunny day but not warm.
I’m dieing for spring…
I didn’t know you’re vegetarian… (or at least I don’t remember). I am too!
Well about leather… I think every being has is cycle, and when an animal dies if the skin goes for make things… well… not to bad.
And when man hunted because was a needing… well… not to bad
But the way they creat those animals and the way they’re treated, just for the purpose of fur…
Shocking for me, and the way Gaultier was arrogant, oh dear…
xoxo
Thanks the seeker! The weather was nice while it lasted. Of course we are expecting up to 10 inches of snow now.
And yes, I am a vegetarian, so we have yet another thing in common!
I have read about the extreme cruelty animals endure on fur farms. So, I was shocked at Gaultier’s ‘terrible statement’ at his show.
Awesome! My inspiration to start wearing more dresses and and adding color to my wardrobe. It is also about time I stop wearing black or brown shoes. I liked the way you paired the two-toned shoes with the dress and cardigan. Again cute cute cute!
i love kelly green. always looks so elegant. love the shoes, too!
Great Sara! I, too, am trying to get more dresses. Dresses are so easy–an almost complete outfit. And, tis the season for color!
I just got those two-tone shoes on sale in Macy’s for $29! There’s a current special–an extra 50% off clearance shoes.
I feel you on the black and brown shoe thing. It was hard for me to break away from black and brown shoes. Still, I gravitate towards ‘safe’ colors–tan, red, burgundy, burnt orange, grey.
Thanks for stopping by Sara!
Thanks apresenta concept! Kelly green is a fabulous color indeed.
That color and neckline are perfect for you!
Enc: Agreed! To think, I shied away from bold colors for so long! This neckline does work well for my petite top.
