Shoulder- baring tops

Tis the season to show off your shoulders. And, you have options when it comes to flaunting that clavicle. From tube tops to off-the-shoulder tops to one shoulder tops, fashion is serving  shoulders this summer. I’m a huge fan of a high neck tank. I’m wearing one in yellow today, but you’ve seen me wear it in black here. It’s the perfect silhouette to balance out the voluminous bottoms that are also popular this year.

Headgear

2019 is the year of the statement hat. For summer, you can keep it classic with your favorite straw hat style. I love a timeless fedora. I always get this particular straw style because it’s sharp and under $10. In preparation for fall, though, I’m exploring some new hat styles. You too?

Fancy Flats

Flats are having a moment this summer. So, embrace the trend and let those feet relax in style. You have quite a few stylish options, too, from slinbacks to slides to strappy styles.

You’re so sweet, Brittany! Thanks. In February of this year, I made a drastic yet simple change to my diet. I adopted a low carb, high fat, moderate protein diet. In terms of popular diets, it’s essentially a Targeted Keto diet. I’m also vegan. Becoming mindful about my carb (and in turn, sugar) intake has been a game changer. Almost instantly, I started losing stubborn fat. I work out about 3 – 6 hours a week. I’ve been taking classes–HIIT and Body Pump. The diet change has accelerated the benefits of my workouts.
