How To Wear The Softer Shades Of Spring

Pink is having  a real moment in 2019. I’ve been drawn to the brighter varieties (as seen here). But, I have a soft spot for the softer shades too. And, when I saw today’s featured blush shift dress from Brookes Collective, I knew I had to have it. A classic knit shift can be such a wardrobe workhorse. No surprise, Brookes Collective, a company dedicated to offering ethically made clothing, also focuses on offering women wardrobe essentials we can wear again and again.

For a fun blush-on-blush combination, I paired my blush blazer with the shift dress. Adding a blazer dresses up the knit dress as well. To keep the look soft, I wore my watersnake print slingbacks. These shoes are such cool complements to looks in the softer shades (see another example here).
