An All Black Outfit to Fit the Somber Mood

I usually present ideas about style and styling. But, today, I only have questions.

1. What does it mean to fashion oneself in a world where people think about women like this?

2. What does it mean to draw on styles from your home country when there are such troubling perceptions towards immigrants?

3. How does one post colorful outfits as usual when her mood is anything but colorful?

I’m asking myself that very question, Diane.

I am also feeling somber, sad and have more questions than answers. I do believe we will find our way, together, but today I am in shock and filled with sadness.

I feel you, Tara. I also agree that we will find our way. This moment just made things very clear.
