Fancy Fringe on a Sunny Day

Yesterday was a sunny, shorts-wearing kind of day. To celebrate, I grabbed my brightest top, white shorts, and a fancy fringe necklace to spend the day outside. I’ve never seen an item in the shop that exceeds $28. My fringe necklace, for example, is only $25 and features a gold filled chain and gold dipped bars.
