The last time I bought a serious suit was about five years ago. I was getting ready for a major round of job interviews. Since then, I haven’t needed to wear it, not all together at least. The blazer from that suit remains one of my favorite black blazers and has gotten a lot of mileage.
Today’s post spotlights a mix and match work look for professional days. No suit required. The outfit comprises a color blocked skirt, polka dot shell, and my favorite black blazer.
Top—Loft ‘crosshatch dot print shell‘
Blazer—Banana Republic lightweight wool blazer
Skirt—Ann Taylor stretch colorblock skirt (on clearance in-store for under $20 now)
Shoes—Tahari via Marshalls
Bag—MICHAEL Michael Kors Item tote via eBay
Earrings—Kendra Scott Morgan studs
Great skirt and MK bag!
Like your combinataion choice today. I will have to try this. I have so many blazers and love them but do not wear them as much. I am going to do better in this area.
Totally adorable!
I love the polka dots
Love the mix and match with the blazer and colourblock skirt 🙂
