Simple Spring Makeover of a Sheath Dress

One of my favorite warm-weather sheath dresses is a denim sheath by Kay Unger New York.  The dress was a clearance buy in Marshalls at the end of summer 2010.  I’ve since tweaked the dress, shortening it and tossing its self-belt.  Now, it’s a dress that I reach for often.

Today, this denim sheath gets a simple spring update with the addition of a coral patent belt and an ikat print scarf.

Very nice classic piece. It's the perfect piece to build upon and you've done it well with the accessories.
