Donate Life America might just have the freshest organization colors ever. Blue and green, after all, are so haute this spring. Beyond these colors, what’s really brilliant is the organization’s mission to increase the number of designated organ, eye, and tissue donors who save lives.
In 2011, there were over 28,000 organ transplants performed. This year, Donate Life set a bold goal to get 20 million new organ, eye, and tissue donors registered because donor registries offer hope to the over 113,000 people in need of a transplant.
As a registered donor, I’m proud to represent with my blue and green today because it’s a fashionable way to help raise awareness about donor registration.
