My mission this weekend is to find something to do that would warrant wearing the dress in today’s post. The dress is just begging to come out!
Y’all know I shop TJ Maxx regularly. If you’re still wondering why, check this out. LOVE Moschino dress on clearance for $39. I know. I initially thought the price was a bargain shopper mirage too. I then remembered I was in TJ Maxx, the store where bargain shopping miracles like this one happen all the time.
Here’s the find that had me jumping for joy in a TJ Maxx fitting room last weekend.

That is a great deal! I love what you're doing with patterned tights. Where do you usually pick up your tights? I can't seem to find affordable tights that will last more than a few wears. Additionally, how do you decide what patterned/colored pair of tights pairs with your outfits best? 🙂 Guess I'm just full of questions about tights.
@Jane: Thanks! I buy most of my tights at Marshalls and TJ Maxx. I've gotten a few of the Merona for Target pairs too. I usually opt for black textured tights because they tend to look quite sophisticated. I think textured tights work well when they are a focal point for a look; so, when wearing them, I keep the rest of my outfit less busy.
This season, though, is all about mixing and matching and clashing. So, you can also create a more eclectic look by wearing textured tights with busier outfits.
Admittedly, I tend to shy away from colored tights. I do like them best, though, when paired with other solids, even bright solids.
