A Dark Knight

Incredible. Have you all seen “The Dark Knight” yet? I can’t remember the last time a movie intrigued me the way this one did. Today’s outfit, inspired by Gotham’s dark hero, features a black lightweight jersey dress. A casual look is created by the addition of leopard peep-toe flats and a red saddle bag.

I haven’t seen it but that’s because I don’t do first weekends or crowds well. My sister and my dad were brave though and had nothing but good things to say as well.

I love the look. Comfy, casual and chic! What necklace are you wearing?

Totally elegant and sweet. A lovely splash of color with the bag and the shoes add an edge to the ensemble.

Tre, tre chic, my love. You win again.

Amina: It was great. I was literally on the edge of my seat after the first scene wondering what would happen next.

Times of Glory: Thanks! And, you definitely have to see the movie!

Oh That Girl: You don’t? I love premier night! I actually went to the latest Friday night screening at 11:20pm and the theater was packed.

I am wearing a chunky bead necklace from Lane Bryant.

Fashion Frenzy: I appreciate it. And, I can say with confidence that you’ll love this movie.

Cheryl Lynn: Awww thanks. You always have the kindest words!

    Secretista: Yes, it's a must-see!

Imelda: That's right. Just had to add a lil animal for ya 🙂

Fresh & Fab: Thanks. I like the versatility of this dress. It is easy to dress up and easy to dress down. I am going to have the dress altered though–straighten the uneven hemline and shorten the dress.

I love those shoes with that dress. I don’t think I’ve seen you in many longer dresses, and this is really a good look for you.

    OMG you look so stylish!!
Love the BD and I think the lenght is cute, my advise is not to change it.
Love the splash of colour with the red bag.

Sorry dear for being behind some posts, but I think you understand…

    Love

Enc: Thanks! I tend to stay away from dresses that go past my knee. At 5’4″, I think this length hits my leg at the wrong place.

Seeker: I appreciate your feedback. And, don’t worry about anything but enjoying your vacation!
