Casual and Cool

As promised. I wore today’s look to an afternoon screening of the “Sex and the City” movie last Friday. The outfit is anchored by a cool trapeze dress with a mod color and print, princess cap sleeves, and a shirred neckline. A white clutch and navy patent flats complete the look.

You and those Maxxstudio dresses they really fit you well. When you find a brand that works stick with it though I too subscribe to that philosophy.

Sara: I appreciate it. The color and print demand attention for sure. I enjoyed the movie too!

Lj: ๐Ÿ˜ฎ You don’t like dresses? What? We’ve got to talk, LJ ๐Ÿ™‚ Oh yes…I loved the movie!

    Siljesfashion: Thanks for coming by!

Times of Glory: True. It can be difficult to strike that balance. This dress does all the work. Thanks for stopping by.

    Kira Fashion: Thank ya!

    Secretista: Oooh cool ๐Ÿ™‚

Diva: Right! When I go to Marshalls and TJ, I head straight to the dresses. They’ve even made it easy by isolating the Max studio ones. I love them! This summer these stores have been carrying some great BCBGMaxAzria styles as well. But, I haven’t found my size ๐Ÿ™

Phenomenal Aquarius: So you know. I love the matte jersey in most of these dresses, so fluid and easy to wear.

Enc: Ha. Thanks. I had to go on the hunt for that dress in a few Marshalls stores last year to find my size. It was so worth it.

The white clutch is fantastic (as is the whole outfit) but it’s really taken my fancy!

Seeker: Thanks. I remember when I first saw this dress in store, I did not buy it. That was a mistake, for I could not get the image of the pattern out of my head. So I had to hunt it down and get it ๐Ÿ™‚

Imelda Matt: Wonderful. This white clutch was another lucky find–I was in the right resale shop at the right time.
