My Little White Dress

No doubt. The little black dress is an essential. But, on occasion, the little white dress steals the limelight. It’s a sweet and stylish alternative to black. It can take you from a casual to a dressy affair with a quick shoe change.
This eyelet dress is chic with its striking crisscross halter, ruched bodice, and deep pockets. It is put together with silver leather, peep-toe pumps. The addition of a lavender silk cardigan creates a fashion forward look.
Now I just have to say that the T.J. Maxx price on this dress was $79.99 (a huge steal at that price), but wait ’til you hear how much I got it for: $15. Unbelievable!

Looking Back, Looking Forward

You’re right. It is fall. And, an eyelet dress is more of a spring and summer item. This dress arrived fashionably late but totally compensated with its clearance price of under $20. Much of the detail is hidden here as the dress was made fall-ready for an afternoon wedding by adding a cardigan. Nonetheless, the strapless dress features a flattering silhouette with its a-line design, sweetheart neckline, gathered bust seams, and a smocked panel at the center back. Grey pumps complete the fall transformation.
An eyelet dress packed with exquisite details is a wardrobe staple, and hence a modern classic.

Looking Back, Looking Forward

Sleek, sophisticated, seductive. A perfectly fitting little black dress is the epitome of style. And this silk dress is chic with its racy crisscross halter, ruched bodice, and inset waist adding just enough oomph to the classic. I wore this dress to a recent black tie event. For the event, the dress was paired with lace strappy sandals, a satin frame clutch with a lace overlay, a bold square-shape watch, and chandelier earrings.
The little black dress remains a modern classic, a longstanding up to date piece in a woman’s wardrobe.

In the Fashion Flow

Silky soft. It’s hard to go wrong with this silky soft matte jersey dress. With a black and ecru polka dot print, flowing bell sleeves, and the option to tie a black self-belt around the hips, the dress emanates vintage glam. It is paired with black cap-toe pumps, and a green leather bag.

Effortless Transformation

Easy as 1-2-3. This print, matte jersey dress takes me from day to evening effortlessly. With a black braided trim along the empire waist, an adjustable back tie, a v-neck with ruffles, and a fluid lower bodice, it exudes feminine style. By day, a yellow three-quarter sleeve cardigan creates a work-ready look. Then in a snap, the dress can fly solo for an evening out.
