I’m making my official return to the scene tonight at a speaking engagement. I’ve been on an extended health break (read more here). To mark the occasion, I’ll be rocking some of my favorite fun fashion trends. Ruffles? Check! Brights? Check! Fresh accessories? Check!
What I’m wearing:
Top (Get 20% off)| Shorts | Sandals | Earrings: 14K Midi bar studs, 14K Ear cuff
My ruffled, crop top is from the brand Choosy. I was lured by an Instagram ad and fell in love with this top. I ordered a size small, which fits perfectly. It’s such a fun, statement piece. Tonight, I’m wearing it with my bright yellow shorts. But, I plan to wear it with high-waisted bottoms in white, denim, green, and more. I see lots of styling possibilities.
This combination would look amazing with flats, like slides or mules. Since I’m presenting at a fashion event, though, I don’t mind being a little extra. So, high-heeled, white sandals with translucent straps, it is! I featured this pair in my round-up of super sleek and chic pairs of white shoes. The barely-there sandal complements just about every look that requires a heeled sandal.
Another fun trend I’m experimenting with is the ear cuff. My 14K gold ear cuff is by AUrate. It retails for $180, and tomorrow, I’m giving one away on Instagram. I love this earring because it proves that jewelry doesn’t have to be big to make a huge statement. This design is edgy and adds so much flavor to your overall look. I’m wearing the ear cuff with 14K midi bar earrings to create a little ear art.

Big shout-out to Clementine’s Naughty & Nice Creamery for inviting me out. This vegan loves the non-dairy options available. I’m mixing Cashew Caramel and Chocolate Coconut Fudge in my cup.

Everything about this look is perfection. Hope all went well with your presentation!
