New Boutique Shopping Experience Coming to St. Louis

New shoppertunities! I’m so thrilled to share that Kindred, a collective boutique based in Kansas City, Mo, is setting up shop at the West County Center in St. Louis in November. The grand opening is going down on November 8, from 6  to 9 p.m., and you should be there.

Kindred Boutique Grand Opening

Kindred, a collective boutique, features inventory from different boutique vendors. The St. Louis branch of Kindred is opening with merchandise from 7 boutiques, including Ashley Jayne, Addi and Ains, Rustic Twine, Juju B’s, and Solayne Designs. What makes the collective model special? Adam Pfeifer, Kindred owner, says, “we don’t want a buying team of 5 people living in LA or NYC telling us what we wear or buy in the Midwest. We want our buyers to be our friends, our local style icons, our neighbors. Being a collective allows us different perspectives, and you can totally see that in our product mix.”

What can you expect when you step into Kindred St. Louis? A well-curated and cohesive boutique is what I hear. The owner makes it a priority to merchandise product from all its vendor partners together. This facilitates the customer shopping experience and allows customers to encounter merchandise from each vendor.

Kindred St. Louis, like its Kansas City base, will have a little something for everyone. The vendors featured will offer a range of product from a diverse group of buyers. More importantly, if you like to support small business owners, this mall location will make it super easy to do so. Pfeiffer believes this is important because “a collective empowers small business owners to grow their team, add stability to their business, and build a stronger business.”

I’m getting a sneak peek of the new location next week. Be sure to follow my stories on Instagram for an insider’s look. Then, swing by the opening celebration on November 8. There’ll be champagne and small bites.
