One of my favorite places to purchase button-front shirts is J.Crew Factory. My gingham shirt (seen here, here, and here) from there is a go-to for me because of its flattering fit. It contours my body without being tight, and I don’t get that unsightly pulling across the chest. You know what I mean?
While I was shopping that store for pieces for a spring collaboration (see that post here), I tried on a few other button shirts. The moment I put on today’s chambray shirt (shop it on sale here), I knew I had to have it. The shirt has the perfect light wash for spring and the flattering fit I expect from J.Crew Factory. The surprising feature? How super soft it is!
What I’m wearing:
Shirt | White blazer (similar) | White jeans c/o | Gucci belt
Gingham sandals (option) | Givenchy sunglasses (option)
Chambray and white are a perfect-for-spring combination. Crisp white separates can take a casual chambray shirt to new style heights.
A chambray shirt is especially darling with white denim. Adding a blazer to the combination makes the look “boss up.”
The combination is so sharp that I keep everything else minimal. I’m wearing my 14Kt gold chevron studs. Like fine jewelry? Get these earrings (and more fabulous pieces by the same jewelry brand) 50% off here.
My sunnies are a Givenchy pair I found in Nordstrom Rack. I wear them interchangeably with these Warby Parker Hunt sunglasses. They have a similar shape.
