I love the laid-back, relaxed fit and feel of a pair of chinos. And, my favorite chinos from Zara’s Fall 2016 collection are super lightweight and hence perfect for the summer too. It doesn’t hurt that I got them in a cool shade of green, especially since Greenery is the Pantone color of the year.

To move around on the weekend, I paired my green chinos with a high-neck tank. I love these high-neck tanks from Old Navy so much that I own multiples in white.
For a little flavor, I also wore my go-to straw fedora. Did I tell you this hat is under $10? I get it in the men’s section at H&M. Since my haircut, I can actually wear a medium now. If you’ve been rocking with me for a while, you know I used to wear a large in men’s hats.
My tote bag is my final purchase from Kate Spade Saturday before the company closed forever. It’s my essential summer bag.
