I’m heading to an all white party this summer. I’ve actually never been to one before, so my first question was, “what the heck do I wear?” I’ve since been shopping, then, for new white pieces I could wear and would want to wear again. Some of my favorite selections are in yesterday’s post. I decided on a jumpsuit with a classic silhouette.
Jumpsuit: c/o Boohoo
Clutch: c/o Boohoo (sold out, option)
Sandals: J.Crew (on sale)
Necklace: J.Crew (old) | Earrings: Kendra Scott
Lips: Mac “Starlett Scarlet” and Mac “He Said, She Said” lip pencil
Just for fun, I took one of those style quizzes that helps you identify your fashion squad. To my surprise, my answers to the quiz placed me on team glam. The result surprised me because I’ve long described my style as classic, but I must agree that my style is evolving.
Glam squad members love to rock jumpsuits, so I decided to look for a chic one for the white party. I found the textured jumpsuit I’m wearing today for under $40. I liked it because of its silhouette. It has a round neck that’s perfect for showing off statement necklaces. It’s also fitted at the top and slightly flared at the bottom.
The jumpsuit is textured, and I had hoped that the textured fabric would make it less sheer. That’s not the case, though, it’s fairly sheer. I have to pay special attention, then, to my underwear choices. Just so you know, I’m wearing the jumpsuit in a US size 6 or UK size 10.
White party or not, I have to wear bold color. So, I added some colorful accessories to my white party style with help from a fabulous tassel clutch that perfectly complements my mixed gingham print sandals.

Hey Sophia. I ended up wearing some nude cotton underwear (Hanes), but I felt it was showing too much. One of those nude shaper bottoms would likely provide the most conservative look. Thanks for asking!
WOW!! Very nice! At first I thought the bag was a belt or sash! (in the first pic)!! Anyway…Just Glamorous!!
