Classic, Clean: Chambray Tunic and White Pants

Yesterday, I shared a bit about my search for the perfect white pants. Finding white pants that fit and function can be quite a chore. This year, among a few must-try trends like denim culottes and pants with paperbag waists, white pants have emerged as a huge trend too. It’s a great time, then, to reach for or find your perfect pair.

Tunic: J.Crew Factory (on sale)

Pants: Loft (now 40% off, also in curvy fit)

Shoes: J.Crew (old, want these, love these)

Bag: Tory Burch

Earrings: Kendra Scott

Lip: Mac “Starlett Scarlet” lipstick, Mac “Kiss Me Quick”lip pencil

My perfect white pants are the Bi-Stretch Riviera Cropped Pants (now under $42). I’ve been rocking my pair for about a year, and they’re still perfect. They feel so good on that I always want to wear them. I’ve worn them with gingham and with florals.  Today, I’m wearing that same pair of white pants with a chambray tunic and print pumps for a casual meeting.

Talking about easy-to-wear items, I love the ease of throwing on a tunic in the spring and summer. And, this chambray popover tunic has already helped me create several looks. You’ve seen them on here before with my striped ankle pants, but I’ve always worn them with my red skinny pants and with my denim crops.

Cheers to the weekend!

I prefer the white pants the most, but more inclined towards white jeans with torn fashion these days. The tunic does go well with the white.

I’m really digging white jeans too, Adam. I’m casually searching for a pair.
