Fabulous and Affordable Flats

I was in Target yesterday shopping for new flip-flops. I found this cool stripe pair for just $3.99. While there, I couldn’t help but notice all the new pairs of flats in-store. They’re fabulous! Striking slide sandals. Fancy d’Orsay flats. And, the prices are so so low. Here are a few pairs that I especially loved.
