When the forecasts say it’s going to be 60 degrees in St. Louis, you reach for light layers and pretend spring came early. Remember when I blogged about that epic sale at Anthropologie? Sale items were an additional 40% off at the time. I purchased a fabulous graphic print jumpsuit that I couldn’t wear because it’s been so cold. It’s warmed up just enough in St. Louis, though, to wear this lightweight jumpsuit with a few layers.
Bag—Loeffler Randall (on sale)
Earrings—Kendra Scott (new for Spring 2016)
Bangle—c/o Kendra Scott
This jumpsuit has a high, twist neckline that I can’t wait to show off in warmer weather. For today, though, I covered it up with a thick scarf. Adding the scarf creates a seamless look when the jumpsuit is worn with a topper like my black cardigan.
Sizing? I’m wearing the jumpsuit in a size M for a comfortable fit over my wider hips.
The graphic stripes on this jumpsuit are so artsy. I decided to play that up by mixing in a few additional prints—big dots on the scarf and pebble dots on the clutch. That Loeffler Randall Lock clutch is 64% off right now!
Have you entered my Kendra Scott earring giveaway? The Carey earrings I’m giving away would look amazing with this look and so many other spring ensembles. I’m wearing the Kendra Scott “Dawson” ear climbers, another style from the spring 2016 collection.
I’ve been eager to wear my J.Crew Collection Roxie pumps. Big shout-out to my homegirl, Hayet, for helping me track down a pair in the right size for my foot. The shoes are on sale, so the sizes are disappearing quickly. I ended up wearing a 7 1/2 in the Roxie pumps (I’m usually an 8). By the way, Hayet has been on a mission to find the best jumpsuits for plus size women. So, definitely follow her journey.
