Eats. On the busiest of days, it’s easy to forget to eat; I carry fruit bars as emergency food.

You would get a hernia with all the crap in my bag. Phone. Backup battery for emergencies. Wallet which i downsized, sorta, sunglasses. Half a walgreens.
