In a recent post, Borrowed from the Boys, I shared a menswear-inspired look anchored by a crisp white shirt. Today’s look also steals styling cues from the boys. A black blazer. A white tee. A pair of black patent loafers. All perfect elements for a sharp, un-gendered look.
The black leather loafers are from the Gap and are on sale in-store. During the Gap friends and family sale, I purchased a pair for under $25. The designer blazer might be one of my greatest bargain buys in recent years. It’s a $595 blazer that I found on clearance in Ross Dress for Less for under $35. You gotta go to Ross, y’all. If you’re in St. Louis, the Chesterfield location carries the widest selection of contemporary and luxury designer brands.
