You know those items in your wardrobe that you constantly want to reach for? This summer, my gingham dress from eShakti is one of those items. It’s a custom fit dress with a standout print and a fit-and-flare silhouette.
I was determined to wear the dress again this week, but in a new way. Since it’s a lightweight wrap dress that buttons at the waist and at the top, I figured it could be easy to tuck the top away and wear the dress as a skirt. It worked.

Did you tuck the tank into the belt? It looks so cute!
Thanks, Tara! So, the tank and the top of the dress are both tucked into the skirt of the dress. I was surprised by how well the top of the dress folded down into the skirt. The belt, then, gets to serve as an accent only.
Cute mix.
Love this look!
