Pattern Play in a Thrifted Skirt

I’m always drawn to the patterned, A-line skirts in Anthropologie.  They’re so adorable!  So, when I spotted the tiered blueberry skirt (Anthro, circa 2009) in a thrift store recently, I was instantly attracted.  I mean, it boasts a standout print, pretty pleats, and an A-line silhouette.

At only $15, I did bring that skirt home.  Here’s how I’m wearing it today.

Shirt—Loft
Skirt—Anthropologie (thrifted) (similar)
Blazer—Banana Republic factory store (similar)
Scarf—Jones New York via TJ Maxx
Tights—Target
Boots—b.o.c. Born Concepts via DSW (similar)
Bag—Michael Kors via eBay
Watch—Michael Kors via TJ Maxx (similar)

Hi! I absolutely adore you style, and am so glad I stumbled on your blog…i'm always looking for ways to dress classy but still interesting, so you're really an inspiration!
I just have a question about your Hamilton bag (you can tell i've been stalking you), what colour is it? Is it tangerine or luggage? Because I too have been secretly lusting over the hamilton for the longest time and debating what colour to get it in…

    thanks in advance 🙂 xx

      Thanks, Annie!

That Hamilton is such a beauty. I have the luggage color. The MK luggage tan is a classic, interesting, wear-with-everything shade.

OMG…I absolutely adore the skirt. Being a thrifter myself you are stealing my heart with you thrift store finds. Can't wait to see more. Also I want you to know that you have inspired me to put more skirts in the fall wardrobe. If you get a chance check it out once and a while.
