Wearing Fall Brights To Work

Welcome cooler weather!  I wish to soon forget the unbearable heat many of us endured just 4 days ago.   A heat wave had actually persisted for weeks in St. Louis and I believe it stole a bit of my summer joy.  So, I am quite happy that fall is trying to make amends by approving spring and summer brights in this typically toned down color season.  I mean, bright colors are supposed to improve our moods, right?

Need some mood uplifting at work?  Fall’s brightest hues can work well for work, especially when worn in moderation.  Today’s work look provides an example by topping a classic, black and grey houdstooth print dress with a joyously bright pink blazer.  A pair of Kendra Scott Danielle earrings in turquoise sneak an additional splash of rich color into the mix.
