Sunny Look for a Gloomy Day

It is 1pm and completely dark outside. Thunderstorms in KY today!  In my mind, though, it is still a bright and cheery sunny day.  So, I thought my clothing should evoke that bright, cheery vibe.

I just knew that my Loft zip pocket dress would help me achieve the above mission.  It has a beautiful, sunburst orange color dubbed “red passion.”  Today, the dress is worn with a canvas and leather belt. The Loft crinkle jacket, tan peep-toe pumps, and a top handle bag add finishing touches.

I was eyeing that jacket yesterday, loved the stripes and the drape of it. You look great, coral is such the color right now.

@Andi: Thanks! The stripe jacket kinda made the dress over 🙂

@EbonyCPrincess: Right! It is one of my fave colors of the season too.

@Sing: Wow! If this jacket is still in store, it must have a super low price. It sold out so quickly when first introduce. I hope you snagged it!

@Lori: See now, we can shop together! There is rarely a reason to pay full price for anything these days.

@Kish: How sweet! I have had this dress and jacket for a minute and have also never thought about pairing them until now.

@Capis: Thanks! Good to hear from you!

@Shasi: No doubt! You gotta hit up the Loft. The Loft's summer collection hasn't drawn me in as much as its spring styles though. But, the store keeps introducing the new things, so I am excited to see what's coming up next.
