Safari-Chic

At last. I’ve been searching for a safari inspired dress all season. You may remember how my ON attempt literally fell short. I think I struck gold at the BR Factory Store with this dress, which is more my style. It is a form-fitting A-line dress with an exaggerated “jungle” print. The dress is also versatile, easily becoming work-ready with the addition of a cardigan and two-tone pumps.

Love! :O) I definitely need to make the trek to the Factory Store. I even think I may have a coupon thanks to your advice in a previous post.

Hi. I read your blog for the first time today. I love your style. Does the BR factory store mail you coupons? I am signed on their website for their regular store discount offerings, coupon codes etc. I definitely need to go to the factory more often than I do. I love BR.

OhThatGirl: Great! Thanks to that coupon, I got this dress at 55% (40% off + 15% off coupon). I hadn’t been there in ages either. The racks were so empty…guess there was a huge sale and/or they’re expecting new stuff.

Sara: Thanks! Dresses cut like this one are so appealing to me.

Nikki: It’s wonderful that you found us! The factory store does not mail coupons. You do often get that receipt with an online survey request which gives you a 15% off ANYTHING coupon upon completion. You can also sign up to get email alerts about their upcoming sales events, like the my favorite, 40% off all marked down items.

Seeker: Thanks. I like the two together a lot.

Heather: I appreciate it. I have been getting a lot of wear out of that yellow cardigan! I adds a nice splash of color to many things.

    Capis: Thanks!

This is a great look. I love the yellow cardigan. It adds an unexpected twist where others may have just added a brown or cream cardigan. Also I notice that you wear Tahari heels a lot. Do you find that brand to be comfortable? Just curious.

Budget Babe: Cool! I know you liked that ON dress. So, I am glad you like this BR one.

Diva: So true. I felt the browns needed a splash of color.

I absolutely love Tahari shoes–style, detail, overall quality. All the styles I have are quite comfortable. I can go all day in them.

Enc: Yeah indeed! Thanks again for that request for a close-up in the other post.
