My girl Cassie has done it again! The Gibson X Hi Sugarplum Summer Of Color Collection launched today, and it is just what you need for summer. It’s filled with fabulous silhouettes, bold prints, and striking colors. What more can we ask for this summer, right?
Today, I’m featuring my absolute favorite piece in the collection–the Ibiza One Shoulder top. It’s right on trend, fits impeccably well, and pairs effortlessly with so much. Read on for details.

Let’s face it. I’ve never met a stripe I didn’t like. But, you make those stripes colorful and slap them on a one-shoulder, ruffle top? Be still my heart.
A favorite feature of the The Gibson X Hi Sugarplum Summer of Color Collection is that the items mix and match well with each other. You can literally buy 4 to 6 pieces and create a summer style capsule. This blouse, for example, has a matching skirt (see it here). It pairs well, though, with anything that teases out one of the colors in the blouse. In my case, I’m wearing it with red paperbag waist shorts (also from the collection).
You may remember that I got to preview the last Gibson X Hi Sugarplum Collection. I noticed that Gibson sizes are very generous. So, I sized down in this collection to see if the overall could get better, and it did. I’m wearing the top in a size XS and the shorts in a size S.
