The thing that fascinates me most about 2019 fashion trends is the return to maximalism. Many of the IT styles seem to promote being as extra as possible. My everyday look could use the push, so I’m looking forward to indulging. Today, then, I’m spotlighting the feather trend. I’m a longtime fan of feather embellishments. I can’t wait to bring my feather skirt back out, and my feather pumps are the perfect color to accent my spring and summer outfits this year.
In today’s post, I’m sharing one of the easiest ways to incorporate feathers into your look–earrings! The pair I’m wearing is from Kindred in West County Center. They come in a few fabulous colors. I was drawn to the mint because I knew it would help me create beatuful colorblocked moments, like this one with the yellow top and fuchsia lippie. I’ve also linked some of my favorite feather earrings (and a few pumps too) at the end of this post.
