The Velvet Jumpsuit: A Perfect Holiday One Piece

My goal this year is to spend little to nothing getting glam for the holiday season. To do this, I’m planning to rework a few key pieces for all the holiday events on my horizon. Today, I’m sharing one of those go-to pieces, a luxe-looking and versatile velvet jumpsuit.

This velvet jumpsuit (shop it on sale here for $52.80) is a one-piece wonder. It features sumptuous velvet all over. And, it has the sexiest plunging v-neckline. To keep the waist cinched, the jumpsuits also comes with a sash.

Don’t judge me, but I’ll probably be wearing this jumpsuit on New Year’s Eve and at least 5 other parties this holiday season. Why? In addition to its overall luxe look, the jumpsuit is incredibly comfortable.

I wore the jumpsuit with a white blazer to a fashion show last night (check out my Instagram stories today for a peek at the show). The combination was sharp in black and white. The jacket was necessary because it was chilly in St. Louis yesterday. See what the jumpsuit looks like without a jacket below though.

Sizing? The jumpsuit fits true to size. For reference, I’m wearing a size 4.
