Thank you Lipton Tea for sponsoring this post! Cozy up with a hot cup of Lipton’s new black and herbal varieties and improved green teas to refresh your tea experience today.
I’ve been drinking tea every day for as long as I can remember. I grew up in St. Kitts where tea is synonymous with starting the day. I learned very early that a cup of tea can be that boost you need to get the day started. I learned that a cup of tea can be that warm embrace your tummy sometimes needs. I learned that a cup of tea can be a soothing answer to a miserable cold. Lipton teas were always the choice teas too, so I also learned that tea can taste great.
Tea, then, became an important part of the culture of my days. I drink a cup of tea every morning, usually before I do anything else. I’ve been especially enjoying Lipton’s improved green teas in the morning. The Orange Passionfruit Jasmine Green Tea is my go-to because it’s so smooth with a bold flavor. And, the smell? The hint of passionfruit takes me to a happy tropical place.
In the afternoon, when my energy is getting low and I’m getting the munchies, I reach for a cup of tea. I usually make it a black tea like Irresistible Lady Lipton which gives me bold flavor and a caffeine boost with a bit of a floral twist. It’s so delightful.
At night, long after dinner when I’m winding down, I have another cup of tea. My nights are never complete without a hot cup of tea. I usually reach for a herbal tea at night. If I could put ginger in everything, I would. So, the Lemon Ginger Luscious Herbal Tea by Lipton is my favorite. This is no weak, bland lemon ginger tea. The flavor is so lively because it’s made with real ginger root. I really love that the new Lipton herbal teas use real ingredients to achieve their amazing flavors.

Greetings – I am more of a coffee drinker, although I do like a cup of Earl Grey or green tea in the evenings. But I commented because I think we have the same taste in comforters (Ikea, right?) Cheers – Jennifer
Yes, it is from Ikea, Jennifer! Cheers!
Love it. Great suggestions…I am trying to switch from coffee to tea now.
Fantastic! That sounds like a great thing to try, Monde. I went through a brief coffee phase when I was an undergrad, but coffee upsets my stomach a bit.
I must try green tea, I was a heavy coffee drinker but slowly but surely I am starting to be a minimalist.
