Purple + Navy + Red

In my Violet + Hot Pink post, I was inspired by a cool featurethe Happiest color combos of 2013in the March issue of Redbook.  That issue of the magazine shared 8 fantastic color combinations to try in 2013, including 'turquoise + blush + jade' and 'lemon yellow + pearl grey.'

One of my favorite color combinations presented in that issue is the combination of lavender, navy, and red.  I haven't been able to pull it off just yet because I don't have the perfect lavender piece.  In the meantime, though, I'm going to attempt the combo by wearing a couple light shades of purple with navy and red.  Here's how it worked out.

I like the fit of the Gap Outlet's premium super skinny jeans.  They've got the right amount
of stretch.  I'm wearing a size 4/27.  These jeans are comparable to the Gap always skinny
skimmers. The Gap Outlet's version appears to be more curve-friendly though.
The Gap Outlet jeans are currently $42 ($59.95 + 30% off).
