A recent J.Crew newsletter, Layering Light, offered some interesting suggestions for piling on layers during the warmer months like wearing a lightweight vest over a top or even layering up on button down shirts.
In today's post, I'm attempting to "layer light" a la J. Crew by wearing a shirtdress over a button-down shirt.

I like this layering, it looks really good with the prints and colours together! Sadly would be too hot to do this for summer here, even if I did have a shirt dress I could use. I'll just admire from afar :)
