Date Night Style: Polka Dots + Sequins

When I chose this sequin skirt for a New Year's Eve outfit, I figured I would be able to wear it all year long.  So, I'm trying to make that happen.  Tonight, I'll wear it to dinner.

To dress down the skirt a bit, my plan is to pair it with a mint and black, polka dot slub tee from Forever 21.



Tee—Forever 21 polka dot slub tee ($6.80)
Skirt—c/o Loft
Sandals—Mercer & Madison via Marshalls (very old)
Clutch—Vintage via Rag-O-Rama
Pearls—Overstock
Faux Pearls—Forever 21 knotted pearlescent necklace
Watch—Michael Kors via TJ Maxx (similar)

  1. I love this look! About the sandals - are they a black lace pattern printed on fabric? If so, I have those too! I probably bought them about 7 years ago, maybe longer, from Marshalls!

    1. Thanks, Anamarie! And, how cool, I think we do have the same shoes!! It is a lace pattern overlay on fabric. Mine are exactly 7 years old too.
